I had waited 11 days after not receiving my order, and I emailed them and they promptly emailed me back and fixed the issue with immediate results. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience with this company was very positive. Ashley was very understanding and returned my call within 20 minutes after I submitted a call back request. Ashley has excellent customer service skills, and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My family will only order from this company when it comes to Florida Gators merchandise. I wish that I could give them 10 stars!!!!
